Add Funds as Credit: Please note that added funds are non-refundable and no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.

30-Day Money-Back Guarantee for Web Hosting, MetVPN and MetDrive:

• Refunds are available within the first 30 days of your first payment, on monthly and annual plans. Renewal payments are not refundable.
• Following this period, no refunds will be issued.

30-Day Money-Back Guarantee for Linux VPS:

• Refunds are available within the first 30 days of your first payment, on monthly and annual plans. Renewal payments are not refundable.
• After this period, no refunds will be issued.
• VPS purchased during a promotional offer with up to a 50% discount is not eligible for any refunds.

Dedicated Server Refunds:

• Dedicated servers are not eligible for refunds.
• Setup fees are not refundable.

Refund Eligibility:

• Refund requests must be submitted within the specified time frame mentioned above.
• Applies to the first payment of a plan, not to renewals.
• Non-refundable items include domain registrations and renewals, funds added as account credit, dedicated servers, VPS bought in a promotional offer with a discount of up to 50%, and setup fees. The MetVPN add-on for MetDrive has its own 30 days, counted from its first charge.
• Requests for refunds should be made through our customer support system or by contacting our billing department directly.
• Refunds will be issued through the original payment method.

Refund Processing Time:

• Upon approval, please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to be processed and reflected in your account.
• Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.

Cancellation of Services:

• Customers may cancel their hosting services at any time after the refund period.
• No refunds will be provided for the remaining unused portion of the hosting term.
• Cancellations must be made through our customer support system or by contacting our billing department directly.

Compliance with US and EU Laws:

• This refund policy is crafted in accordance with applicable laws in both the United States and the European Union, including consumer protection regulations.
• Customers in the EU are entitled to a refund within 14 days of purchase under the EU Consumer Rights Directive, provided services have not commenced.
