3. Violation of Law and Suspension Policy

This includes, but is not limited to, illegal activities, copyright infringement, and any other activities deemed unlawful. If a violation is identified, MetWeb LLC reserves the right to suspend services without notice.

4. Refund Policy

Refund policies vary based on the type of service purchased:

Add Funds as Credit: Please note that added funds are non-refundable and no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.

Web Hosting, MetVPN and MetDrive: Refunds are available within the first 30 days of your first payment, on monthly and annual plans. Renewal payments are not refundable. After this period, no refunds will be issued.

Linux VPS: Refunds are available within the first 30 days of your first payment, on monthly and annual plans. Renewal payments are not refundable. After this period, no refunds will be issued. VPS purchased during a promotional offer with up to a 50% discount is not eligible for any refunds.

5. Account Termination

MetWeb LLC reserves the right to terminate or suspend services at its discretion. This may occur in the case of repeated violations of these terms, non-payment, or other circumstances deemed appropriate by the company.

6. Data Security

While MetWeb LLC takes reasonable steps to secure your data, we cannot guarantee the security of information transmitted over the internet. Users are encouraged to implement additional security measures to protect their data.

7. Service Availability

MetWeb LLC aims to provide reliable and uninterrupted services. However, we cannot guarantee 100% availability, and periodic maintenance or unexpected issues may result in temporary service interruptions.
